Two people suspected of being part of the attempted assassination in Elbasan have been arrested by the police.

One is Arben Spahiu, brother-in-law of Erjon Alibej and the other is Arsen Preci.

In the bag seized by the police yesterday, two forged Greek identification tools with the identity of Arben Spahi were found.

Yesterday's assassination attempt failed after dozens of police forces surrounded the BMW X6 car, on board of which 3 Kalashnikov type weapons, dozens of cartridges, as well as 2 bottles of tracer material, ready for the assassination, were seized.

The car was hidden in an abandoned warehouse, near the house of Erion Alibej, a well-known person of law enforcement institutions.
