New details on the roles of the persons arrested for 4 criminal events are revealed. Former police officer Edmond Preka, who for some time served as the driver of businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, had an active role in the murder of Gjin Ndoji and the assassination of Kleant Musabelli.

In the investigation file of SPAK, there is evidence that creates reasonable doubts that Edmond Preka, in the murder of Gjon Ndoj (Boriçi), helped the perpetrators to leave the scene, after they took the victim's life with two bullets in the head and one on the shoulder.

The murder of Boric is suspected to have been carried out by Behar Bajri and his clan. Meanwhile, another event in which Preka is involved is the plan to kill Kleant Musabelliu, a former employee of the Directorate of Prisons. Preka informed Ervis Martinaj's group with photos and information on the target's movements, while creating conditions for murder. The assassination failed under circumstances that are still unclear.

 This plan, initially based on the transcripts, was taken over by Behar Bajri, who talks to Gjoka and tells him that he had found 3 foreign citizens, an Arab, one from Kosovo and a Serb. They asked for 100,000 euros, while Gjoka tells him that if necessary, give more. But Bajri comes out as a guarantee, saying that for that much money they would do it themselves.
