This property is claimed by the members of the Myderzi family, who were able to benefit from the right to their property, even through the decisions of the Albanian courts.

But although the Myderzi family is the heir to the property, Ahmetaj signed it during the period when he headed the Ministry of Finance.

"Ora News" learns that Fezollari appeared last week at SPAK, giving explanations regarding the procedures he followed for the privatization of this property.

Against Fezullar, members of the Auction Commission at the Ministry of Economy and former minister Arben Ahmetaj, SPAK has launched a criminal investigation for the charge of "Violation of inequality in tenders and auctions" and "Abuse of duty".
