ARRSH throws millions of euros into the concession of Kastrati and Salillar!

Investments in existing roads for their improvement, intervention in new tracks, ongoing projects or interconnection of local roads with highways are some of the procedures that the Albanian Road Authority has been carrying out in recent days.

ARRSH has opened the procedure for a 182 million ALL tender ( 182,622,447.93 new ) for river protection on the Milot-Morina axis.

Below is the estimate where ARRSH tries to justify that with these lek, excavation and transport of soil and gravel, filling, placement of gabions with mesh and concrete will be done to divert the river bed in the kilometers that the road is endangered.

The Albanian Road Authority has opened on April 3, 2023, a tender with the object " River protection from km 9+040 to km 9+240 on the Milot Morin axis ". The deadline for submitting offers is May 14, it will last 9 months, it is already expected who will be the winner.

Kjo rrugë mbulohet nga firma koncesionare Albanian Highway Concession, në pronësi të përbashkët të “Kastrati Group” dhe “Salillari”, e cila ka arkëtuar këtë shumë pjesërisht nga buxheti i shtetit dhe pjesërisht nga përdoruesit e rrugës.

Ky koncesioni ka një afat 30 vjeçar, ndërsa në katër vitet e para, ai i ka kushtuar qytetarëve mesatarisht 3.2 miliardë lekë.

The Milot-Morin axis is the first concession contract of this type, granted by the Albanian state, which aims to enable the completion of capital works on the road, such as: its expansion or the construction of the remaining bridges, the increase of safety conditions, as well as periodic maintenance . But it seems that according to this tender, the Albanian Road Authority will help the concessionaires.
