New details have emerged from the control exercised this afternoon by BKH agents in the villas of former minister Arben Ahmetaj registered in the name of his ex-wife Albina Mançka and current cohabitant Eriola Hoxha.

The controls in Ahmetaj's apartment were carried out in the framework of the 277/1 procedure, where SPAK is conducting investigations for the Elbasan incinerator. Enkelda Millonaj and the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, are the two prosecutors who are conducting the investigations against Ahmetaj, who also ordered the control of the apartments of the partner and ex-wife of the socialist deputy.

The controls started around 3:00 p.m., and lasted for about an hour and 30 minutes. Initially, the agents equipped with a court decision checked the house of the MP's partner in Hamallaj. Where, in addition to the documents of the villa, which according to the investigation will be of value to the investigation, a sum of money, around 30 thousand euros, was also seized.

Then the agents continued with the checks of Ahmetaj's ex-wife. Neither money nor illegal items were found in her apartment. However, SPAK was able to seize documents in this apartment that may be of value to the investigation.

2- Copy of the Concept Project in the Valamar area, for the object "Vila 22" in charge of citizen Erjola Hoxha (Building Design Vila Vale Mar 0765) as well as the location plan of the object.
3- Copy of the Technical Project for the Apartment in the *Valamar Complex", Interior Design, commissioned by citizen Erjola Hoxha.
4- Copy of the Project Idea for the villa No. 73 Green Coast regarding the villa of the citizen Albina Mancka,
5- Copy of the documentation located in the folder named 1097 AP Albina, on the conceptual design of the existing residence of the citizen Albina Mancka. This facility is located in the "Tuborg" palace, in the Block area, Tirana.
6- Photos that show when the projects were built: Villa Green Coast, Apparamenti Vala Mar and Vila Vala Mar. 7- Offer number OS0323 19, dated 06.01.2023, issued by Brunes sh.pk, with Albina Mancka
as the buyer . 8- Personal organization plan for the apartment owned by Albina Mancka (Tuborg building), referred to article 7 for the application on behalf of Albina Mancka.

Referuar burimeve, SPAK është duke mbledhur prova e të dhëna, edhe nga kompjuterët e sekuestruara dhe të e-maileve, që janë shkëmbyer mes ish zv kryeministrit dhe fituesve të koncesionarit. Hetuesit  janë duke verifikuar të gjitha komunikimet që ish zv kryeministri ka kryer me personat nën hetim që fituan koncesionin.

Gjithashtu SPAK po kryen veprime hetimore, ku janë  duke u verifikuar me anë të sistemit TIMS, të hyrje daljeve të Ahmetajt, në periudhën kur edhe janë prenotuar hotelet nga Klodian Zoto, pronari i kompanisë koncesionare të inceneratorit të Elbasanit.
