Two are the names of the prosecutors who are mentioned in the testimony given to the Italian anti-mafia of Mariglen Shusha, the penitent of the sensational file "Spirti".

The first is the prosecutor of Vlora at that time, Mariglen Shusha, and the second, the prosecutor of serious crimes, at that time, Eneid Nakuçi.

But despite the fact that the two prosecutors, according to the testimony, become part of the same file for links with international drug traffickers, one was arrested and the other was promoted.

Maksim Sota was charged after the Italian side forwarded to the Albanian side the file together with the testimony of Mariglen Shusha, while Eneid Nakuçi was promoted from prosecutor of serious crimes to special prosecutor in SPAK.

But what was the role of Eneid Nakuçi in the investigation of this file? According to the testimony given by Mariglen Shusha and published by Inside Story on Wednesday evening, the prosecutor of SPAK is mentioned as the name with which the traffickers should be contacted in order to realize their goal, that of transferring the file from serious crimes, where it was investigated within a structured criminal group, at the prosecutor's office of Vlora, where it would be investigated as a case of non-organized traffic.

Simply put, the charge was eased. For this purpose, Mariglen Shusha says that the other investigator in this file, Ilirjan Duçkollari, spent 200 thousand euros, money that was allegedly used to bribe the people of justice, that file in charge of Rober Myftari, who was accused as the head of the group to go to the prosecutor's office of Vlora.
It is not known if a part of this money ended up in the pockets of Eneid Nakuçi, but the events that unfolded later prove that the traffickers managed to close their accounts with justice.

Nakuçi registered the proceedings in November 2015, in January 2016 Robert Myftari was charged and on July 10, 2017 the file was suspended, arguing that there was no evidence.

As the prosecutor of the file in question, all decisions bear the signature of Nakuçi, whose name appears in the Italian investigative file, but was deleted from the Albanian one.
