Fraud to issue a Bulgarian passport and make a 26-year-old a shareholder in a company has put the 38-year-old from Tirana with the initials L.Xh in handcuffs.

He was arrested during the action coded "Transporter". The 38-year-old is accused of taking 215,000 Euros from a 26-year-old under the pretext that he would provide him with a Bulgarian passport, as well as make him a shareholder in a private company in Turkey.

During the action, the police seized part of the money of 108,600 Euros.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
