New details have been revealed from the serious event prevented on Saturday evening in Elbasan, where two people were planning to finalize an assassination attempt on Elton Kila, otherwise known as Oti of Elbasan.

The perpetrators had planned to shoot him inside the vehicle. At the time when the assassination was planned, Kila was traveling from Tirana to Elbasan while she was in the vehicle with the children.

The media write that the facts have been gathered from the examination of video footage from telephone cells. At the moment when they found the presence of police forces in the area, the two perpetrators left, leaving the vehicle near the "Elbasan Arena" stadium.

One of the two arrested, Arsen Preçi, threw the shoulder bag in the trash, inside which were found pistols and two identification tools that led the police to discover the perpetrators. Masks and gloves were also found in the bag that would be used by them to lose track of the crime.
