The third person in the car of the victims of the Dobraci massacre, who is suspected to be  Ibrahim Lici , may have been sent for treatment in the southern area of ??the country.

The investigative group suspects that he was injured in the exchange of fire where 4 people were killed, Hamza Lici, Arlind Bushati and the couple who were at the wrong time and place, Bashkim and Flutura Basha .

On these suspicions, the police have carried out checks in private clinics and not only in Vlorë and Fier counties, but so far they have not been successful in finding the "ghost".

The third person in the "S Class" car, who miraculously escaped the assassination, received at least 2 bullets, for which specialized medical assistance is needed to remove them.

9 days after the quadruple murder, the police still do not know scientifically whether or not Ibrahim Lici was the person who appears next to the lifeless body of Hamza Lici at the scene, even though every other data matches him, in a precise resemblance .
