The Greek show "Light in the Tunnel" has revealed new details about the disappearance of 19-year-old Albanian Artemis Vasili in Koropi-Greece, who disappeared 2 years ago.

A new piece of evidence given on the investigative show has shed light on the case of Artemis' disappearance.

According to the testimony, the 19-year-old was seen a day after her disappearance, October 16, on the beach of Saint Marina. According to the witness, the young Albanian woman was sitting on a bench on the beach of Saint Marina, while according to him, she seemed to be in deep thoughts.

After the testimony, Arrtemi's family members told the investigative show that the girl often went to the beach of Saint Marina with her friends.

In fact, she allegedly went there with her ex-boyfriend before he rejected her and deleted her from social media. He himself spoke about this meeting, but was unable to help the authorities.

"If I could help, I would. By the time Artemis disappeared, I was inside the camp. I was a soldier in Alexandroupoli," he said.

This testimony is something new. While previously the last person had seen him at the bus station waiting for someone, now comes a testimony that changes all the facts and tells us that he saw him on the beach of St. Marina. This area had never been searched. We believe that this week an order will be issued for control in this area as well", said the family's lawyer, Anastasios Dugas.

The prosecution from the Homicide Department of the Attica Security has taken over the 19-year-old's file and is the one who will decide whether the investigations will continue or not.

The family has stated that the investigation into their daughter must continue, because a person from her close circle of friends made an appointment with Artemis at noon on October 16, 2020.

A relative of hers had seen her waiting for an hour at the 2nd station of Attica, where the line goes to Saint Marina, and then another testimony came from a resident of the area who said she saw her on the beach of Saint Mary. She said the police should focus on this point to search for the missing girl.
