The Special Court announced the decision for the former secretary of the Ministry of Health, Joana Duro.

According to SPAK, Joana Duro took a bribe of 330,000 lek to favor the company 'DRICONS' to win the tender. Duro has been in prison since June 5, 2023, while GJKKO has not agreed to reduce his sentence. She is accused of the criminal offense "Passive corruption of high officials".

As for the high-level specialist, Laura Shteto SPAK requested 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment. Vladimir Topi, the administrator of the company "Dricons" risks 2 years of imprisonment, if the court takes into account the request of the prosecutor, Dritan Prençi.

For the engineer, Silvi Shehi, the Special prosecution body requested 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment. The other three defendants are accused of active corruption.
