For 3 hours and 30 minutes, businessman Elman Abule gave explanations to SPAK as a person under investigation for committing the criminal offense of "money laundering".

Accompanied by legal defense attorney Romina Zano, the businessman provided explanations about his relationships with Mayor Erjon Veliaj, Ajola Xoxa, and his company Remetal.

The businessman made his explanations to BKH agents, and was later questioned by prosecutor Ols Dado.

The prosecution focused its questions on the activities of the Remetal company, specifically on banking transactions and cooperation with Xoxa's consultancy.

After leaving the Special Structure, Abule did not speak to the media. The businessman was released from the cell a few days ago by the Special Appeal, while he is currently under the security measure of "house arrest."

Since February 13, he has been in prison 313 as part of the Veliaj-Xoxa case. SPAK investigations show that Abule has traveled several times with Erjon Veliaj and has also obtained a building permit from the Tirana Municipality.
