SPAK Chief Prosecutor, Altin Dumani, has requested from the Special Appeals Chamber the dismissal of Lezha Chief Prosecutor, Erjon Shehaj, after listing the latter's violations.

Altin Dumani, who represents the Public Prosecutor's Institution in this session, stated that Erjon Shehaj did not carry out investigative actions, by not seizing the security cameras.

"I request the change of the KPK decision and the dismissal of the subject of the re-evaluation, Erjon Shehaj," said the head of SPAK, who has assumed the powers of the Public Prosecutor's Institution after the completion of the vetting process, during the session.

While listing the violations of the Chief Prosecutor of Lezha, Altin Dumani focused on two cases investigated by Erjon Shehaj, in which, according to him, violations were found.
