The GJKKO appeal suspended the 8-month prison sentence for Luiza Mandi , converting it to probation for 1 year and 4 months.

The former mayor of Libohova was tried and convicted after a citizen filed a complaint with SPAK, claiming that her property had been damaged during a public road widening project.

According to him, although the citizen was promised that his property would be repaired, this did not happen. SPAK concluded that the citizen's private property had been violated.
