The person you see in the photo is 30-year-old Kevin Hajrulla , who was injured this evening in Vlora, after being shot by unidentified persons while in his "Benz" vehicle.

It is reported that the 30-year-old is the cousin of Inez Hajrulla , otherwise known as "the strong man of Vlora".

Inez Hajrulla is a well-known name to the police, having escaped several assassination attempts in Vlora.

He has been the target of two assassination attempts, in 2017 and 2019. Inez Hajrulla has also been arrested twice for illegal possession of weapons and has been accused of robbing a casino in 2013.

It is believed that Kevin Hajrulla was the target of yesterday's attack in Vlora, where unfortunately 35-year-old Armand Spahiu, who was selling fruit and vegetables near the scene of the incident, was also seriously injured.

This evening, at around 9:30 PM, in the “24 Maji” neighborhood, Vlora, under still unclear circumstances, citizen KH, about 30 years old, who was traveling in a “Benz” type vehicle, was wounded with a gunshot. As a result of the shooting, citizen AS, 35 years old, who was nearby at the time of the incident, was also wounded with a gunshot.

Both people were immediately transported to the Vlora Regional Hospital and are under the care of doctors.

During the combing of the area near the village of Panaja, it was possible to locate the vehicle suspected of being used by the perpetrators, which was engulfed in flames. Work is underway to extinguish the fire.

Police services immediately arrived at the scene and are working intensively to identify and apprehend the suspected perpetrator(s).

The investigation team is continuing its work to clarify the full circumstances of the incident.
