The hearing for the assessment of security measures against Jamarbër Malltez and businessman Fatmir Bekteshi is underway in the Special Court.

The hearing has been decided to be postponed for another two hours, at the request of the defense party to have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with all the materials.

So, it is learned that there were also debates during the session. Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj opposed the measures, while prosecutor Arben Kraja asked him in what capacity he was inside the hall.

Gjokutaj answered that he is the lawyer of Sali Berisha. At this moment, Kraja has requested that Gjokutaj leave the session, as he has no power of attorney and today the session is not being held against the citizen Sali Berisha.
