BERAT/ The apartment is engulfed in flames, the fire destroys the second floor

A fire broke out yesterday evening in the "Uznovë" neighborhood in the city of Berat. The fire fell on the second floor of the two-story apartment, owned by citizen Sejdin Likollari.

The 8 people of this family, who lived in this apartment, were on the first floor when they noticed the smoke and the fire, which fell on the second floor of the apartment. They immediately notified the firefighters, while they also tried to put out the flames themselves.

Firefighters immediately arrived at the scene, and in a short time they made it possible to quickly locate the flames and extinguish the fire.

As a result of the fire, the second floor of the apartment, where Sejdini's son lived, with his wife and children, was completely burnt.

While the material damage caused to the apartment is great, fire sources at the scene suspect that the fire may have been caused by an electrical spark.

Sejdin Likollari, declares that the fire took large proportions immediately and it was impossible to put it out, even though they tried themselves with hoses and buckets of water. He claims that the damage is great and that the boy and his family are already in the open sky
