Prime Minister Edi Rama says that the investigations at the Agricultural University were initiated by the National Intelligence Service and the State Police.

In his speech to the SP group, after the hearing with the rector of UBT, Fatbardh Sallaku, Rama stated that he has nothing against the investigation.

" The investigation at the Agricultural University of Tirana was launched by the National Intelligence Service and the State Police. There are no branches and no leaves near and around me, so that if a fly has entered, I can avoid pruning. On the contrary, another reason why I loved SPAK is to help prune this tree here, with the instruments of justice. The State Police and the Intelligence Service are behind many operations, where others take the glory. I have nothing against the investigation, to bring to light those who have touched even 1 euro of the state budget ", he emphasized.
