Journalist Anila Hoxha has revealed details from yesterday's hearing on the imposition of the measure against Erion Veliaj, his wife, Ajola Xoxa, and six businessmen.

On the show "Zone Zero" on Top News, journalist Hoxha said that the marathon session was characterized by strong tensions, with Veliaj often telling prosecutor Ols Dado that he "had it personal."

Veliaj claimed that investigators had persecuted his wife, while also mentioning to Dado the fact that he had requested a building permit.

"There was a clash between them with accusations, where Erion Veliaj reminded Ols Dados... with strong notes, it was of this nature, that he told him "you have something personal with me". Veliaj stated that his wife had been persecuted.

These have been Veliaj's ongoing claims. There have been long trials, security measures for Berisha lasted three days because Berisha did not show up, but this was a marathon session.

"The judge lists the reasons why he first requested and imposed a prison sentence. It could affect the exercise of his duty for other crimes as well. And the most important thing is the fact that in one case, other witnesses could be intimidated, remembering the case of the socialist MP and Ajola Xoxa, where a witness's phone was taken away and replaced with another one," said journalist Hoxha, among other things.
