Alma Cani leaves the leadership of QSUT, here's who will replace her

Alma Cani has left the management of the University Hospital Center.

Pediatric oncohematologist Professor Donjeta Bali is expected to be appointed in her place.

Top Channel sources have learned that the new director will be introduced to the QSUT management staff on Thursday.

Professor Bali has been part of QSUT for more than 20 years as she provides healthcare in the pediatric service, specializing in the field of pediatric oncohematology and rare diseases.

Professor Alma Cani, the former head of resuscitation at Shefqet Ndroqi University Hospital, remained at the helm of the largest hospital center for nearly 14 months. Cani took over as head of QSUT on March 25, 2024.
