SPAK action in Shkodra, who is the former head of Tirana's Crimes, wanted for drug trafficking?

SPAK has cracked down on a criminal drug trafficking group from Latin America, while issuing 13 arrest warrants, including police officers.

During the SPAK operation in Shkodra, 8 people were arrested, while 5 others were declared wanted. It is reported that among the people declared wanted is also former police officer, Erion Dani .

Former Blues official, Erion Dani, served as the head of crimes at Police Station No. 3 in Tirana, but left the police.

The decision is learned that the action is a continuation of Operation "Bridge". The criminal group trafficked drugs from Latin America, there are several cases of drug trafficking from 850 to 1000 kilograms.

The operation began at 5 am, and the orders were signed by SPAK prosecutor Adnan Xholi. The attack on the criminal group came after the dismantling of SkyEcc communications.

We recall that DP leader Sali Berisha previously mentioned Erion Dani, denouncing in 2019 that Police Station number 4 in the capital employed agents who were registered by the police and did not have a security certificate.
