When 1 month has passed after the cyber attack on the Albanian police systems, a group of experts continues the work in the field to put the computers in the police station and directorate into operation as well as to record the damage caused by the attack.
TCH learns that some of the computers have not been turned on and some of the stored data has been erased. All these findings of IT experts are being attached to a report that is being compiled on the attack.
The normal dysfunction of all police systems has brought problems in the daily work that have also been reflected in the service to the citizens.
On the other hand, since a month the hacker group "Home Landjustice" continues to publish the data obtained from the police systems. What has been noticed in the recent publications is that the materials have been modified without any system in the police.
Initially, a list of suspected persons was published, while a week later, a list of names of mainly police officers who, according to the hackers, were at risk from the Iranian Mek opposition located in Manez, Durrës, was published. On the Telegram network, hackers have released the Deep See system data for sale for 0.5 bitcoins. Deep See has about 100,000 names of people with criminal records and the information that the police have about them.
There are suspicions that this could be a form of fraud by hackers to get money or a new way to introduce viruses through PDF materials that they publish to technological devices where they are downloaded or copied.
