Uzun could return to Europe, here's the club that has shown interest

Myrto Uzuni may return to the European scene very soon.

According to reports from Italian media, the Austin FC player is considering leaving MLS at the end of 2025, with the aim of proving himself again in a more competitive league.

Sources close to the player suggest that Uzun wants to return to European football, an ambition that has immediately attracted the attention of clubs, especially in Italy. Cagliari are reported to have shown concrete interest in the 30-year-old, who has earned a strong reputation as a goalscorer during his experience in Europe and MLS.

The Sardinian club, looking to strengthen their attacking department in the second half of the season, are considering an initial loan move in January. This formula would allow Cagliari to assess Uzun's adaptation to Serie A before deciding on a possible purchase in the summer.

There are currently no advanced negotiations yet, but contacts are expected to intensify in the coming weeks. Ahead of the winter transfer window, Myrto Uzuni remains one of the hottest names on Cagliari's list to strengthen the attack.
