Qatar's World Cup has lost one of its biggest stars. Sadio Mane will not be able to play in the World Cup in Qatar with Senegal. The Bayern Munich striker was injured in the Bundesliga match against Werder Bremen and unfortunately will not be able to recover in time for the World Cup.

The news was given by Senegal's medical staff, 3 days before the start of the World Cup.

The African representative had included him in the list despite the injury, even the General Secretary of FIFA, the Senegalese Fatma Samoura, said that they would also seek the help of witches to recover the star of the team: "We will put the witches to work . I don't know how effective they will be, but we will try everything. We hope they will do the miracle because we have to have it with us in the World Cup".

Sadio Mane, in the ranking of this year's Ballon d'Or, took second place, after the winner Karim Benzema.
