"The athlete Izmir Smajlaj won the trial by claiming that he was not aware of the manipulations that were being done (where unfortunately we all knew, of course Izmir too). This part hurts me because I have invested my whole life to do something good for my country and the way they want to destroy it is scary.

This is also the reason why I have all the Olympic norms and records on the world's biggest tracks so that I would never be a part of these dirty games", are some of Gega's words.

Gega adds that "the World Athletics Federation, in addition to the individuals, also punished the federation, where for an unspecified time it would not recognize any results that were made in Albania if they did not meet all the criteria of a clean and fair game. honest."

Furthermore, the athletics champion says that she has never spoken about this event, as she did not want to look like an attack on Izmir, even though "these scandals should never be allowed to pass in silence".

Gega tells a detail that she was the one who begged Stërmas to take over the federation and after an extraordinary assembly took place, where, according to Gega, pressure was put on the clubs not to vote for her, she still managed to win.

"Even though Taulant Stërmasi won with a majority of votes, the Court did not recognize him as President because since 2010 the previous president had not sent any assembly to the Court and therefore no action was recognized. For the elections to be valid, we must go to 2010 and vote those members who participated in this assembly. So for more than 14 years, the federation has been totally illegal only for the president to have a lifetime mandate because the statute recognizes only 2 mandates and with two mandates he could not otherwise keep the federation forever", writes Gega.

Gega directly attacks Smiley. "Until this moment there is nothing wrong because everyone has the right to run, although I have my reservations, since to take over a federation you have to know something more than just running or jumping."

Gega writes that the working group of this convicted Federation has sent an e-mail that Taulant Stërmasi is not allowed to participate in the elections.

"This working group has accepted several associations that have never been members, have never participated in any activity developed by the federation. Furthermore, the court determines which member it recognizes in these elections and cites all the clubs. This it becomes how and how to win at the table.
