Barcelona is planning to bring "brains" to the midfield alongside Pedri and Gavi. The Catalans are looking for a midfielder who would cover the midfield department perfectly and organize the game in the best way.
Today, the best currently for this role, not including Modric, is the black midfielder of Inter, the Croatian Marcelon Brozovic. The Inter director has not been playing for some time as he is suffering from a minor injury which has kept him out for several weeks.
Spanish media reports that Barcelona is seriously thinking about the black midfield star. Although he has renewed with Inter, Barcelona wants to try the chance by offering Inter on the table a one-on-one exchange for Franck Kessie, the former Milan player.
Kessie moved to Barcelona last summer with zero parameters, however adapting to the Spanish league has been difficult and he has spent more time on the bench than on the pitch.
Brozovic for Inter is very important, but Marotta may consider this trade considering that Kessie is four years younger than Brozovic.
