The Central Election Commission has sent 16 candidates for deputies to the General Prosecutor's Office for verification.

The candidates sent for verification are from different political parties. This procedure is being followed, within the framework of the decriminalization law.

Notice of the public hearing by the State Election Commissioner on 24.03.2025.

In accordance with paragraph 2, article 19, and point “n”, paragraph 1, article 19, of law no. 10019, dated 29.12.2008 “Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, for the review and approval of acts within its competence, the State Election Commissioner decided to hold a public session:
