Journalist Adriatik Doçi has published on social networks a video with the inscription "video for SPAK", where he shows all the facts one by one about how the former head of LSI and the wife of the former president spent hundreds of thousands of euros for aesthetic intervention in a clinic in San Marino.

It is about the "Domus Medica" hospital in San Marino and the interventions in Kryemadhi were carried out by the Albanian doctor, Silva Shametaj, who has been following the aesthetics of the former president of the LSI for years.

Kryemadhi himself has admitted through posts on social networks that he has a friend, Dr. Silva Shametaj, and that the latter served him at the hospital in San Marino. In the meantime, doctor Shametaj herself in interviews in the media has accepted the interventions against Kryemadhi and Albanian politicians.

According to journalist Adriatrik Doçi, all payments for the "Domus Medica" hospital in San Marino are made through offshore companies in Cyprus, and he has even published invoices through bank accounts. One of them captures the figure of 287,650 euros.

Even, the journalist claims that in this hospital, the ex-president Ilir Meta himself performed interventions to weaken himself and that Dr. Gerhard Prager followed his weakening privately.

According to Doçi, the Meta-Kryemadhi couple have spent over 1 million euros stolen from Albanian taxes for their aesthetics.

"Is SPAK aware of these transactions?" is the question that Adriatik Doçi asks at the end of the video, as he warns that he will reveal other facts.
