The story of how the Socialist Integration Movement, now baptized as the Freedom Party, has benefited from substantial funding through people employed by it in the administration, is not new. The news that the man who has filled LSI's bags with money in every campaign is Monika Kryemadhi's brother, Drini Kryemadhi, is not new either.

But, what has probably not yet been fully disclosed in the media and which requires an in-depth and professional investigation by SPAK, is the corruption and money laundering scheme that Drini Kryemadhi has carried out on behalf of Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, with the incredible involvement in this story also Kryemadhi's mother, Fatima Kryemadhi, and Drini's father-in-law, citizen Nuri Peti.


An extraordinary scenario of stealing citizens' money, to keep LSI's finances afloat, but also to create other dubious businesses, which again seem to have been used in the chain story of corruption devised by Meta.

It all starts with the blessing that Ilir Meta gives to the abusive concession for SGS vehicle approval, which after 2013 led the de facto Ministry of Transport through Edmond Haxhinastos. The payments to Monika's brother seem like a tax that the company has paid in exchange for Meta's silence on the non-implementation of the contract, at the expense of the public interest. We recall here that during the 10-year period of operation of SGS in Albania, Ilir Meta controlled the Ministry of Transport and the Directorate of Patents and License Plates through Edmond Haxhinastos and Ylli Spahi for 7 years.

On November 21, 2013, the Meta-Kryemadhi couple took Drini Kryemadhi to work as a mechanic at the SGS car inspection concessionaire, with a salary of about 4,000 USD per month. An abnormal salary for a mechanic, as it was higher than the salary received by the General Director of SGS and about 4 times higher than other mechanics, who had the same position as Monika Kryemadhi's brother.

After this employment, until 2020, large sums of suspicious money began to circulate among the members of the Kryemadhi family, which have never been clarified. During these years, a construction company named "Tirana DKK" appears on the scene, which is sometimes owned by Drini Kryemadhi, and sometimes in the name of his father-in-law, Nuri Peti, who is suspected of having financial interests with SGS .

Kronologjia e fakteve për skemën e korrupsionit dhe pastrimin e parave:

-       Nga viti 2013 deri në vitin 2020, vëllai i Monika Kryemadhit, Drini, merr nga kompania SGS rreth 360 milionë lekë të reja si paga dhe shpërblime. Pra, më shumë se 50 milion lekë çdo vit.

-       Në dhjetor 2020, Drini Kryemadhi largohet nga kompania SGS, duke marrë edhe një shpërblim të fundit prej 30.000 USD.

-       Gjatë periudhës që vëllai i Monika Kryemadhit ka qenë i punësuar në kompaninë SGS dyshohet se ai nuk është paraqitur asnjë ditë në punë.

-       Në 13 maj 2014, disa muaj pasi u punësua në SGS, Drini Kryemadhi i blen Maksim Demnerit 45 % të aksioneve të kompanisë së ndërtimit “Tirana DKK”, me vlerë rreth 180 mijë USD.

-       Tre muaj më pas, në gusht 2014, ai ia dhuron aksionet vjehrrit të tij, Nuri Peti.

-       Në 18 shtator 2014, më pak se një muaj pas largimit të Drini Kryemadhit nga kompania, Tirana DKK faturon SGS-në për një vlerë 3.2 milion lek. Kjo ishte arsyeja e ndryshimit të pronësisë së aksioneve?

-       Shtetasi Nuri Peti rezulton se ka disa transaksione me familjen e Drini Kryemadhit (të gjitha kalime fondesh nga Nuriu te Drini)
- më 26.05.2011 Drinit i është kredituar llogaria me 60.000 Euro. Përshkrimi i transaksionit është: Kalim fondi nga Nuri Peti.
- më 15.05.2012, Manjola Kryemadhit (bashkëshortja e Drinit) i kreditohet llogaria me 20.000.000 lek si kalim fondi nga Nuri Shaqir Peti.
- më 24/04/2017 Nuri Peti i jep borxh Drinit 40.000 Euro.

-       Çuditërisht, 3 vjet më vonë, në 17 janar të 2018, Nuri Peti ia kthen mbrapsht aksionet dhëndrit, Drini Kryemadhit. Ekziston dyshimi se këto lëvizje pronësie të aksioneve kanë si maskë për lëvizjen dhe mbulimin e parave që vëllai i Kryemadhit merrte në SGS dhe i kalonte si financim për fushatat e LSI. Ka dyshime të forta se kompania e ndërtimit “Tirana DKK” është futur në marrëdhënie financiare me SGS, por meqenëse raportet financiare mes Nuri Petit dhe Drini Kryemadhit, si dhe mes SGS dhe Tirana DKT, konsiderohen si konfidenciale nga bankat, lind nevoja për një hetim të tyre nga SPAK, për të kuptuar lëvizjen e parave.

- In 2015 and 2016, Drini Kryemadhi transfers about 13 thousand USD to the accounts of LSI. Here arises a pure conflict of interest and an important question: How can an employee who is paid from the state's money, also be a financier with large sums of money of a political party, which has appointed the Minister of Transport who must control the regularity of the implementation of the contract by the concessionaire, who pays one of the main financiers of the party of the minister in question?

- In 2014, Monika Kryemadhi's mother, Fatima Kryemadhi, transferred 13 million ALL to the girl's bank account, without specifying the source of this money.

These facts are enough to open an investigation by SPAK, to understand a little more about the scheme used by the Meta-Kryemadhi couple to finance LSI.
