DP MP Gazment Bardhi has exposed the deceptions of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and Prime Minister Edi Rama for the Port of Durrës project.

Bardhi released a video where it can be seen that Prime Minister Edi Rama and Minister Belinda Balluku have given three different versions for the financing of the new port in Porto Romano in the span of 26 days. He writes that it is the most significant fact that the destruction of the Port of Durrës will turn into the biggest money laundering in history.

The government has deceived the Parliament. A serious and unprecedented act.

Rama-Balluku contradict themselves and in less than 1 month they have said 3 different options for financing the new port in Porto Romano.

1. It will be fully financed by the Durrës Port Authority. It will not be a concession or a PPP.
2. It will be financed by the Authority and the government.
3. It will be given with PPP. 46% government, 54% private.

This is how the financing for the Durrës port affair will also change. From "Emaar" to "Alabar" and then it is not known where they will end up. This is the most significant fact that the destruction of the Port of Durrës will turn into the biggest money laundering in history.
