The meeting of the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party was accompanied by tensions this morning, as Prime Minister Edi Rama arrived at the Presidency of the Assembly to find some deputies.

Rama criticized the socialist deputies for their presence, asking them to come earlier to the meeting.

The head of the government is even reported to have told them that it may even lead to early elections.

When he saw a high absence of socialist deputies, it is reported that Rama addressed them saying "Do you want me to take you to early elections?".

Also, Rama requested that the MPs not be absent from the plenary sessions, and be present and active in the parliamentary committees.
