Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today that the powerful construction businessmen in the country sell business or residential premises for staggering amounts of up to 8,000 euros m/2 and declare them at ridiculous amounts.

Regarding this, the democratic deputy Gazment Bardhi reacted. He says that Rama's statement is valid for SPAK to start investigations against Rama, as today he showed not only that he knows about this crime, but that he allowed it to happen and cooperated.

Edi Rama made a valid statement for SPAK today. The Prime Minister knows that there is fiscal evasion in the construction business and not only has he allowed it to happen, but he has cooperated in increasing evasion by giving new permits to builders who hide income.

Who is hiding 5,000, 6,000, 7,000, 8,000 euros m2 sales? There is no doubt that his favorite builders, some of whom he has announced as strategic investors for seaside resorts, some of which he has licensed for towers. In all cases it is the signature of Edi Rama. And it's time for SPAK to take seriously the investigation of the prime minister for abuse of office by allowing fiscal evasion through inaction!
