Prime Minister Edi Rama will deliver an important speech for Albania and Kosovo at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg tomorrow, October 12.

The Head of the Albanian Government will address the Council of Europe tomorrow at around 15:00 (Albanian time) to request the revision of Resolution number 1782 and declare unfounded all the accusations leveled against the Kosovo Liberation Army War. 

The resolution will pass in the Parliament of Albania on July 21, with 125 votes in favor, uniting the majority and the opposition to maintain the same position, despite the strong political clashes they have had. After passing through the Assembly, the Resolution was sent to:

1. Member countries and those with observer status of the Council of Europe;

2. To the General Secretary of the Council of Europe;

3. Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe;

4. The President and Vice-Presidents of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;

5. To the General Secretary of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;

6. The Committee for Political Affairs and Democracy in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe;

7. The Committee for Legal Affairs and Human Rights in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
