News from the Austrian media about lobbying, former MP Halit Valteri reports to SPAK Ilir Meta. According to former MP Valteri, President Meta and the SMI have often lobbied for false causes only for the fact that with the money financed to misinform the Albanian voters by making them think that they have the support of the American Government.

Walteri further adds that President Ilir Meta has used money obtained from corruption scandals by laundering and introducing them into banking systems illegally to use them for misinformation purposes for Albanian voters.

Halit Walter's speech before the media:

I am here before you to be informed about a criminal report I filed today with the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime.

A few days ago we heard the head of SPAK who said that they work on the basis of reports and NOT with political statements. Today we have filed a report for four people, for whom we have strong suspicions that they have committed several criminal offenses. For Mr. Ilir Meta, Acting President of the Republic of Albania, Mrs. Monika Kryemadhi, MP and President of the SMI, Mr. Vangjel Tavo, former MP of the SMI and Mr. Iraklis T. Fidetzis - Administrator of Dorelita Limited.

Through this report, we request the initiation of criminal proceedings and the conduct of investigations against the above-mentioned citizens, for the commission of criminal offenses of corruption, concealment of income, false declaration and money laundering. I file this criminal report against the above-mentioned citizens for committing the respective criminal offenses, as I have been informed and I have data which raise reasonable suspicions that they have consumed the criminal offenses cited above.

Detajet e kallëzimit do ju vihen në dispozicion edhe medias dhe publikut, që të shohin me sytë e tyre atë që bëjnë këta që kanë qenë në krye të shtetit për shumë vite, por dhe për të vënë SPAK përpara përgjegjësisë se nuk mbulohet dielli me shoshë.

Duke marrë shkas nga shumë denoncime të ndryshme të bëra publike, ndër to në vitin 2018 nga gazeta prestigjioze ‘Mother Jones’ dhe së fundmi nga gazeta e mirënjohur austriake ‘Kronen Zeitung’ është konstatuar se LSI shpeshherë ka lobuar për kauza të rreme vetëm për faktin që me anë të parave të financuara të dizinformojë zgjedhësit shqiptarë duke i bërë të mendojnë se kanë përkrahjen e  Qeverisë Amerikane.  Çfarë është më e rëndësishmja dhe që përbën veprën penale, është se këto financime janë bërë nga kompani Offshore nga shteti i Qipros në sistemet bankare të cilat nuk të kërkojnë burimin e të ardhurave madje të japin mundësinë ligjore për të fshehur burimin real të të ardhurave dhe financuesit e tyre.

Duke administruar kontratat e lobimit në favor të LSI, Ilir Meta dhe Monika Kryemadhi kemi evidentuar gjithashtu se këto shpenzime nuk janë deklaruar as në bilancet e Lëvizjes Socialiste për Integrim për vitin 2017 dhe as në Deklarimin Vjetor Periodik të subjekteve deklaruese, Ilir Meta dhe Monika Kryemadhi për vitin 2017.

Referuar këtyre rrethanave, krijohet dyshimi i arsyeshëm se politikanë të përfolur shpeshherë për afera korruptive siç është rasti i Ilir Metës me çështjen CEZ- DIA apo edhe në çështjen e shumë përfolur të video-regjistrimit Dritan Prifti etj, kanë përdorur para të përfituara nga aferat korruptive duke i pastruar dhe  futur në sisteme bankare në rrugë të jashtëligjshme për t‘i përdorur ato për qëllime dezinformimi për votuesit shqiptarë.

Through this statement, referring to the accusations that Ilir Meta has been accused more than once of ordering paid murder, I decided to make public this report, that any evil that may come to me and that endangers my life , or my people, comes from Ilir Meta and his henchman.
