PD MP, Gazment Bardhi reacted after the Court of Appeals agreed to consider the request submitted by the Democratic Party of Albania represented by Mr. Enkelejd Alibeaj for overturning the decision of the court of first instance that recognizes the Assembly of December 11 and the changes in the statute issued by this assembly.

In a Facebook post, Bardhi reminds Berisha of his statement on March 25 that court decisions are implemented, can not be commented, can not be attacked.

" Quietly the legitimate institutions of the party have followed and are following the legal path for the reversal of that illegal decision. No one should be bothered by the implementation of the law and should remain calm until justice goes to the end of this issue.

Bardhi emphasizes that threats against judges, sending recently returned mercenaries within the judiciary to lure judges, buying or selling court decisions, returning party headquarters to lost courtrooms, belong to the corrupt justice alla Zhukri and an old metalwork political party that has held Albania hostage for the future.

"Bardhi clarifies that the party in a process where the request for registration of a statute of a political party is reviewed, is only the political party, while who has the right to represent is determined by the court in fundamental issues" , writes Bardhi.
