"Even the dead can", former Prime Minister Sali Berisha sent a message to Prime Minister Edi Rama who called the former Prime Minister dead.

Yesterday in the Assembly, Rama threatened the opposition that if he put Sali Berisha in charge again, then he would cut off all relations with the DP.
