The incident in Gramsh:

Two Russian citizens, 33-year-old Svetlana Timofoeva, 23-year-old Mikhail Zorin and a Ukrainian, Fyodor Mihailovic, were arrested on Saturday evening after an incident at the military plant in Gramsh. As they tried to enter the factory, they attacked the two Albanian soldiers with nerve-paralyzing spray.

In their testimony, the foreign nationals have said that they are bloggers and mostly photographed military territories that are abandoned and no longer used by the state.

The court of Elbasan decided the security measure of arrest and imprisonment for the 3 arrested for the charges "Giving secret information" and "Providing information" .
