Rama responded to the head of SPAK Arben Kraja, after his statement that SPAK does not launch investigations without a criminal report. 

Rama stated that he has always been against the filing of reports by political parties.

"Lawyer Ngjela called this (party reports) a mistake in the building. Reporting political parties is a major deviation. I have always been against these things even when we were in opposition. It does not happen in any country of the world that political parties file charges. We have also made reports.

Even recently, the chairman of the SP group has filed a report. If we built a Special Prosecutor, we did not build it to hear the same story we have heard all our lives "not that we do not have a report".

Go to another country and see what happens without a report at all, if a citizen brings out a shocking fact ", Rama further declared.
