The former president during the bloody January 21 protest, Bamir Topi, says he has not yet received an invitation from SPAK to testify regarding the event.
Speaking on the "Breaking" show with journalist Dafina Hysa, Topi did not comment on Sali Berisha's non-response to SPAK's invitation, but said that if this institution calls you to testify, it is not "a matter of will," but an obligation to appear.
"Everything I had to give messages for January 21, I gave endlessly. Between the institution and the individual, I have always had the credibility of the institutions. I do not have a summons from SPAK, but if they call me, it is an obligation.
"Every person who is called must go, it is an obligation, it is not a matter of will whether you want to or not. Whoever you are, wherever you are, if they ask you, definitely. It is an obligation," declared Topi.
