Prime Minister Edi Rama and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Melon signed today a series of agreements that strengthen strategic cooperation between Albania and Italy in key sectors.
Within the framework of the joint meeting of the two governments in Rome, the two leaders exchanged bilateral agreements and memoranda of understanding aimed at strengthening cooperation in:
Healthcare
Energy and the environment
Security and defense industry
Migration management
Education and innovation
Diaspora and economic transformation.
The signing ceremony took place outdoors at the Villa Doria Pamphilj, a historic 17th-century residence and one of the largest public parks in Rome, where the day's other activities will also take place.
