In the protest held on Thursday evening by the opposition parties and society for the tragic death of 7-year-old Jonada Avdia from a speedboat driven by the police commissioner, Arjan Tase, Prime Minister Edi Rama was given an ultimatum that he has until Monday to dismiss the Minister of the Interior Bledi Çuçi and the Minister of Tourism Mirela Kumbaro
They warned that if this does not happen, there will be another protest on Monday evening (tomorrow). Most likely, Edi Rama will not dismiss his ministers, who are considered by the opposition to be responsible for what happened in Potam of Himara, at noon on August 2.
It remains to be seen if the citizens will come out again in the protest announced at 19:30 in front of the Ministry of the Interior, just like the one on Thursday. It remains to be seen whether the two leaders of the opposition parties, Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, will appear again.
But what is the strategy that will be used in the conditions when Rama will not remove the ministers, or the latter will not resign?
From the reports it is known that after the expiration of the ultimatum, there will be continuous protests, until the removal of Chuchi and Kumbaro from government positions.
