The Italian media have revealed details about the agreement that was signed today between Prime Minister Edi Rama and Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, for bringing immigrants to our country.

Sky News Italy writes that according to the sources it has from 'Palazzo Chigi', this agreement was closed in principle during Melon's vacation in Vlora. It is also emphasized that this agreement will enter into force from the spring of 2024.

"After the press conference announcing the agreement, sources from Palazzo Chigi pointed out that the protocol for the management of migratory flows between Rome and Tirana was essentially closed on August 15, while Meloni was in Albania. The agreement was reached during the meeting that the two leaders held and which was described as a simple celebration.

"More than aperitifs...", the same sources emphasize, reiterating that the agreement will work in the spring of 2024. It is the first agreement of its kind, a historic agreement not only for Italy but for the entire European Union. it says in writing.

According to what is known so far, two immigrant camps that will host from 3 thousand immigrants per month, up to 36 thousand per year, will be built in Shengjin and Gjadër in Lezha.
