During the meeting at the Committee on Internal Affairs where the Director General of the State Police, Ilir Proda, was reporting , an incident occurred between the head of the committee, Bledi Çuçi, and the DP deputy, Flamur Noka .

After the resumption, Çuçi read the rules declaring Flamur Noka's exclusion from the session and asked him to leave the room.

" I expel you from the committee hearing for insulting the chairman of the committee. Please leave the meeting, you are expelled, because you are obstructing the proceedings of the session, insulting, threatening the chairman of the session and the head of the institution. Let the hall continue its proceedings. If you continue, I will ask the parliament to request a 10-day expulsion. Leave the hall, you are expelled ," said Çuçi.
