The Special Prosecution Office has confirmed that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has received a subpoena today to testify at SPAK regarding the "January 21" file.

SPAK confirms that Sali Berisha has been recognized and has signed the summons regarding the criminal proceedings for the January 21 case.

The notice states that he has been asked to appear at the Special Prosecution Office, on the specified date and time, without revealing it.

SPAK: Today, on 17.11.2025, during the implementation of the "compulsory appearance" measure at the Special Prosecution Office, Mr. Sali Berisha was recognized and signed the summons regarding criminal proceedings no. 138 of 2024 (case of January 21), through which he is required to appear at the Special Prosecution Office, on the specified date and time.
