Deputy Erion Braçe/ Minister of Agriculture, Andis Salla

The VAT scheme in agriculture with a 10% compensation for each invoice that the farmer will receive from collectors for the product he will sell has caused debates in the Economy Committee.

Salla stated that every farmer who goes to the collection point receives an auto invoice, which was opposed by the socialist, Erion Braçe.

Excerpt from the Debate

Hall : VAT will be indicated on the invoice based on the actual price of the product.

Braçe : How will VAT be indicated on the invoice....

Silence

Braçe: Pupu, they don't know anything, pfff, it's terrible (rests his head on the table)

Salla: Even today, every farmer who goes to the collection point definitely gets a receipt.

Braçe: To be honest, no.

Hall: How is it?

Braçe: Take a piece of paper, where it says so many kilograms of salt.

Hall: The purpose of the 10% is to invoicing the entire product, because it will require the autoinvoice to receive compensation.

Baçe: This is factitious, either I will not receive an invoice, or I will receive a fictitious fraction or I will not collect the product at all, because with 10% on entry and 20% on exit, it does not work for me. I do not know any collector and processor like this. We had this scheme with 6%, and it still happened.

Hall: it was for collectors not farmers

Braçe: It doesn't matter at all.

Hall: It matters that the collector took it.

Braçe: I'm not interested in collecting it, what can I tell you here is that the oil that is produced now is not formalized.
