The Presidency has reacted for the first time after the Constitutional Court's decision to suspend Bajram Begaj's decree on the date of early elections in the Municipality of Tirana.
"In response to media interest, we would like to inform you that the Institution of the President of the Republic respects the decision of the Constitutional Court to suspend the part that determines the date of local elections in the Municipality of Tirana of decree no. 350, dated 01.10.2025," the Presidency declares.
