Besnik Brahimi takes over the mandate after Tom Doshi's resignation in Shkodra

Following Tom Doshi's resignation from his mandate as a member of parliament, the Central Election Commission (CEC) has handed over the mandate to another candidate, Besnik Brahimi.

At the same time, Sabina Jorgo, both elected in the Shkodra district with the Social Democratic Party (PSD), has also resigned.
