The rain seems to have brought a temporary lull to the protest in Tirana.

In the afternoon, there were fewer people present on the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

The situation is calm, while the protesters, to avoid standing on the boulevard during the rain, seem to have headed to bars in the area, waiting to rally again.

Earlier, students and lecturers rejected Prime Minister Edi Rama's invitation for dialogue, while during the protest, chairs placed in front of the Prime Minister's Office were thrown.
