At Monday's meeting, member Sokol Stojani sharply criticized the chairwoman of the Council, Mirela Bogdani, for her lack of vision and for the disastrous direction of the council. Stojani considered it meaningless to guarantee salaries as a priority and, also, to foresee 15 "retreats" for the KLP, which are in themselves several-day events outside the institution, mainly trips outside the capital.

"I'm considering it as a time of vacation and heat, as arguments presented in a time of vacation and heat. But tell me that we have priorities, and the priority was guaranteeing salaries. Oh God! Guaranteeing salaries was not discussed even in '97! Not even in '97! This is the vision. Then it says that we will make predictions, 15 retreats. 15? What are we, a travel agency? What are we here? How will this turn into KLP TRAVEL?! Please!" said Sokol Stojani, a member of KLP.

According to member Stojani, the actions of head Bogdani during the summer season had not only led to the malfunctioning of the institution, but were bordering on her committing a criminal offense.

"In an abusive manner, Madam President, you have influenced the Chief Secretariat not to record things. Not to record requests, complaints, correspondence and any kind of thing, whether from citizens or from the internal personnel of the institution. You, in an abusive manner, have canceled, although you were on leave and I have absolutely nothing about the leaves. He ran to the beach, he ran to the mountains. But you ran to the beach and, contrary to the law, you did not notify the Deputy President and the Secretary General so that the institution could continue normally. According to Stojan, the document that was given to the new magistrates for prosecutors, as well as their appointment ceremony, was embarrassing for the KLP.
