Sali Berisha did not appear at the GJKKO session that started at 10:00 this morning (November 8).
The former prime minister has requested the cancellation of the "obligation to appear" measure taken by GJKKO for the affair of the privatization of the former Partizani complex, a matter for which Berisha is under investigation.
Berisha's lawyers, Sokol Mêngjesi and Genc Gjokutaj, are present at the session, who request the cancellation of the "obligation to appear" measure on the grounds that the legal deadlines for making this decision have not been respected.
Berisha's request will be examined by judge Irena Gjoka, for which the former prime minister had asked to be excluded from the court process that is taking place against him for the affair of the privatization of the 'Partizani' complex.
